§ 2-1. Form of government.

In accordance with the referendum held on Tuesday, October 23, 1984, under the provisions of Chapter 44A of Title 11, Code of Alabama 1975, as amended, the city hereby changes its form of government and adopts a mayor-council form of government with the mayor elected at large and a five-member council elected from single-member districts.
